Ellen Petersen, specialises in the acquisition of land for business development and investment purposes, planning and infrastructure agreements, business sales and purchases, commercial leases and business opportunities in the rural and agricultural sectors. She has a further interest in commercial development and planning. In the rural sector, Ellen’s clients include both local and regional agricultural and farming businesses.
Ellen also advises a leading national provider of specialist learning disability services in Scotland, England and Wales in the acquisition of properties which will be designated for supported living purposes and is involved in the acquisition of bare land for development for supported living and care home accommodation. She is based at our Charter Court office on Severalls Business Park.
