Lisa Tuckwell

Lisa is an experienced family lawyer and partnership member. She has worked in the legal profession since 1985 and has been part of the Fisher Jones Greenwood team since 1998.  She is also a qualified Solicitor. Her area of specialism is family law including divorce, ancillary relief, private law Children Act proceedings, injunctions, cohabitee disputes and child protection issues.

She specialises in emergency applications, such as injunctions. To this end she is involved with Essex Police and the Colchester and Tendring Women’s Refuge as part of the Domestic Violence Forum. Lisa was involved in The Court of Appeal case [Wood v Collins 2006] where a Judge's sentence on an injunction was successfully appealed. The case was reported in The Times and the Law Reports. 

She also works with Counsel and is an In-Court Advocate.  She enjoys the challenge of advocacy work and is developing her skills in this area. Lisa is based in our Norfolk House offices.
