Paula Fowler, Managing Partner
Managing Partner Paula Fowler has overall responsibility for financial and premises management, marketing and business planning, human resources and IT. She has over 20 years experience of running her own business providing accounting and practice management services to solicitors practices. Paula is a Lexcel accredited consultant, holds a certificate in personnel practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and also has a post graduate certificate in Legal Practice Management.

Peter Carr, IT Manager
After 4 years as a contractor for Fisher Jones Greenwood, Peter joined the firm as IT Manager in 2001 and became a non-solicitor Partnership Member in 2011.
Peter heads a team dedicated to supporting and developing the firm's IT and communications systems which are spread across four offices in Essex.
He has extensive knowledge and experience of IT systems, project management and system implementation.

Tara Lee, Marketing Manager
Tara is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all marketing activity for the firm. Tara holds a Diploma in Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Before joining the firm Tara worked as a Marketing Manager for a large commercial printing group.

Kate Clark, Office Manager
Kate is our Office Manager, having originally joined the firm in 1989 as Personal Assistant to Tony Fisher, our senior partner.
She has a Diploma in Business Studies and now combines her managerial role with being Personal Assistant to both Jane Wilson (family partner) and Paula Fowler (managing partner).
