Kate Wombwell, Partnership member
Kate is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, Head of the Private Client team and a Partnership Member. She is Colchester born and bred, attended Colchester County High School for Girls and has excellent connections within the town.
Kate handles all aspects of Probate and Trust work, prepares Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney for her clients and advises on inheritance planning. She also specialises in Court of Protection work for those clients unable to manage their own affairs and is an appointed Deputy for several clients. Her mission in life is to encourage everyone to make a Will!

Susanne Grimwade, Solicitor
Susanne is a solicitor based at our Charter Court office specialising in all aspects of non-contentious probate work, administration of estates, complex wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning (including agricultural reliefs where applicable), lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters. She regularly attends clients at home who are unable to attend the office and is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners. Susanne also has an interest in advising the elderly in particular with regards to Home Equity Release schemes.

Richard Hildrow, Solicitor
Richard is a Solicitor specialising in inheritance tax planning, non-contentious probate and wills and trust work. Richard has previously worked in motor finance, sales and training. He is based at our Norfolk House office, but also sees clients at Clacton.

Vanessa Santomauro, Solicitor
A solicitor in our private client team, Vanessa Santomauro was admitted to the roll of solicitors in May 2010 and previously completed her LPC at the College of Law in London. She holds an undergraduate degree in English and Italian law from the University of Kent.
Vanessa specialises in dealing with wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection work. Outside of her work at FJG, Vanessa is also a Trustee of Braintree United Charities, which helps to benefit people in need in the parish of Braintree.
