Colchester law firm Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP
has been recognised as an Investor in People
(IIP) for over 10 years.
IIP is a national award that helps organisations
enhance their people management and
business improvement policies and programmes by providing a framework outlining
a level of good practice to follow. Fisher Jones Greenwood was the first law
firm in North East Essex to obtain the mark in 1998, since then it has been
re-accredited every three years and now joins a select but growing group of over
3,000 organisations, who have achieved the same significant milestone.
