Many of our commercial clients have grown with us over the last twenty years, and having grown from one of the smallest firms in the area to one of the largest over the same period we know the problems faced by growing businesses in the North East Essex area intimately. 

Tony Fisher

Tony undertakes Company/ Commercial work and partnership matters. He has wide experience in mergers and acquisitions and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He has an MBA in Legal Practice.

Tony has also had substantial experience of commercial and construction litigation including chancery work, and has trained as a mediator with the ADR Group. He has a particular interest in ICT and has been a member of the Law Society editorial panel for the Software Solutions Guide to the best legal software for a number of years.

He also undertakes international and domestic human rights work (mainly on a pro-bono basis) and has appeared as an advocate before both the European Commission and the European Court of Human Rights. He is a Fellow of the Human Rights Centre at the University of Essex, and a member of the Law Society International Human Rights Committee.
