If your child is due to start infant/ primary/ junior/ secondary school and has not been offered a place at your preferred school we can help you appeal to an Independent Appeal Panel.
We can assess your case and provide you with written advice regarding our assessment including arguments we recommend using, and the merits of your appeal.
Following the assessment of your papers we can offer further services such as drafting your reasons for appeal, advising on the admission authority's arguments against admission and representation at appeal hearings. Costs for these services will be estimated on a tailored basis once we have assessed your case. You will not incur any costs in relation to these matters until we have provided you with an estimate and you have accepted it.
