We are one of the largest Family Law departments in East Anglia, with a Legal Aid Franchise and members of the Law Society's Children Panel and the Solicitors Family Law Association. We all subscribe to the SFLA Code of Practice which requires lawyers to take a non-adversarial approach and bring both firmness and fairness to family disputes.
Our solicitors are all experienced advocates in the County and Magistrates Courts.
Through the Family Law Partnership, we also provide solicitor mediators for all family disputes and a direct link to an independent counselling service
We offer a fixed fee initial diagnostic interview and can tailor financial packages to your particular needs
We are authorised by the Legal Services Commission to conduct cases on Legal Aid (CLS funding). Go to our Legal Aid section to see if you qualify.
