This is an Order directing one parent not to do something in particular. It is commonly used, like a Specific Issue Order in an emergency (not to remove a child from one parent) or to resolve an anticipated dispute, such as a change of name.
It is therefore part of any court's armoury to act swiftly to prevent steps being taken by one parent without the other parent's consent.
