You start with a simple phone call which we charge at our usual charging rate for the fee-earner you speak to. You will talk to an experienced fee-earner who will take the initial factual details and aim to advise you about your options at the earliest opportunity. If it is something simple on which we can advise over the phone and leave you to carry on that is just what we will do. If it is more complicated then you will be even more pleased you called us.
We believe our team is unique. The leader of the team is Chris Graves, a landlord himself who, as a partner in the firm, has many years experience advising and acting for landlords in and out of Court.The second fee-earner in the team is Glenn Craig, a solicitor of 6 years standing who already has a string of successful landlord and tenant cases to his name including housing cases in the Court of Appeal. The third fee-earner is David Elliott a litigation assistant with long experience as a housing adviser working for a local authority and a well known housing charity. Both Glenn and David are poacher turned gamekeeper with an excellent insight into the strengths and weaknesses of legally aided tenants in claims against their landlords.
