As a general rule, Legal Help is, understandably, not available for making a
Will but it can cover special cases, in particular :
- People over 70
- People with a disability
- Parents of children with a disability
- Single parents wanting to appoint a guardian for their children
This special provision is subject to the same means test (including the
savings limit of £8,000), if you think you may qualify - ask.
