Paul is a qualified accountant but took an MBA in the early 1990's with a view to moving into general management. He previously worked as an Accountant/Financial Director and Company Secretary in a number of PLC's in areas as diverse as ball and roller bearing manufacture, chromatography systems, decorative sundries manufacture, new town development, leather tanning and property investment. He joined the firm in April 2001 after having spent over 4 years as Practice Manager at another law firm of a similar size based in Ipswich.

Carr
, IT Manager
Peter heads a small team that is dedicated to supporting the day to day running of the firm's computer systems and to implementing improvements to the network. After gaining his degree he cut his teeth firstly on a support desk and then as a network/systems engineer for a local firm. This background has helped enormously within a firm that uses IT heavily. He has worked with the end-users of the firm's systems and is able to turn the partners' visions into end solutions.

Chris joined the organisation at the start of 2005 to look after the HR side of the business. After a number of years in the Builders Merchant industry and a time restoring vintage aircraft Chris moved into HR with a local manufacturing company where he gained his CIPD. Working very much in a generalist capacity Chris has been involved in a broad range of issues from recruitment to the relocation of a business as well as being heavily involved in devising and implementing policies, procedures and systems in both Private and Public sector organisations.

Linda heads a team of experienced cashiers that deals with all the firm's accounts processing. The team is skilled at dealing with both private and public funded transactions and is used to working to tight deadlines. Linda has many years experience working in local firms and has operated various legal accounting systems.

Tara
Lee
, Marketing Manager
Tara is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all marketing activity for the firm. Tara holds a Diploma in Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Professional Services Marketing Group (PSMG). Before joining the firm Tara worked as a Marketing Manager for a large commercial printing group.
