Hannah is a solicitor specialising in Community Care and Public Law. She specialises in community care and continuing care work, representing care providers and individuals, assisting elderly, vulnerable and disabled clients with obtaining better access to care services and resolving funding disputes between the individual, care providers, the NHS and Social Services.

Hannah is a member of the Community Care Law Practitioners Group.

Hannah also has an interest in human rights law, cases involving access to medical treatment and immigration, asylum and European law, and assists clients with exercising their rights to care services and accommodation, where there is an overlap with Community Care, Immigration and Human Rights law.

Hannah obtained her first degree in English literature and went on to study law at the University of East Anglia.

Before joining Fisher Jones Greenwood on 1st April 2005 he worked for Edwards Duthie Solicitors; a very busy legal aid practice based in East London. Before this Glenn has worked as a specialist for the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, based at Witham, Essex and has worked as a specialist benefits adviser with the Social Services department at the London Borough of Barnet. After completing his legal studies Glenn worked as a Parliamentary Assistant to a London based MP. Glenn’s experience includes:

Preventing eviction, including representation at Possession proceedings; Help with benefit problems
Representation to secure release from detention under the Mental Health Act; Taking or threatening High Court action to enforce individual rights to welfare payments, housing or care services from Government or Local Government.

Louise is a Solicitor specialising in business and private immigration law and in particular commercial immigration cases, including work permits and applications for investors, sole representatives, business persons and highly skilled migrants.

Louise is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association. She is also a founding member and secretary of the Union of International Advocates’ Immigration working group. She has extensive experience of conducting cases in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal as well as in the Administrative (High) Court and Court of Appeal. Having studied law at the University of Essex and the College of Law, York, Louise undertook her training at Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP qualifying as a Solicitor in November 1999. She became a Partnership Member in 2003. Louise is ranked in Chambers and Partners UK Guide 2007 in Immigration East Anglia (Band 1).
