Kate is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and is Head of our Private Client team. She has accrued 20 years experience in this legal field and is an expert in all aspects of Private Client work. Kate’s area of expertise lies in preparing Wills for young and old alike, Probate and Trust work, including advice on Inheritance Tax. She also prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney for those that are mentally capable and advises them on areas such as Tax planning and trusts. Kate enjoys working with people of all ages and her mission is to encourage everyone to make a Will, but her elderly and infirm clients receive special care and attention, such as being offered home visits.

Susanne
Grimwade
, Solicitor
Susanne is a solicitor based at our Charter Court office with 9 years experience specialising in all aspects of non contentious probate work, administration of estates, complex wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters. She regularly attends clients at home who are unable to attend the office and is currently completing the experienced practitioner’s route to become a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners. Susanne also has an interest in advising the elderly in particular with regards Home Equity Release schemes and Lifetime Mortgages.

Richard is a Solicitor specialising in inheritance tax planning, non contentious probate and wills and trust work. Richard has previously enjoyed a diverse career in areas including motor finance, sales and training. He currently works in our Norfolk House offices.
