Why should I use FJG?

We are under a duty to act in your best interests at all times. If we do not do so we are liable to be disciplined by our professional body, the Law Society.
We also carry substantial Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover you if we get it wrong. These protections do not apply if you instruct a "claims manager" or "claims negotiator" who will usually want a cut of your compensation for himself.
