What is Covered by a CFA?
A CFA covers your own solicitors' fees and VAT only. It does not cover "disbursements" incurred in pursuing and proving the value of your claim which may include Court fees, medical report fees, expert fees and the fees of a barrister employed to advise and assist with your case. In many cases we can pay those disbursements for you.
We can also enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement with a barrister on your behalf so that his fees are also only payable if your claim is successful.
