Warrant of Delivery

Winning a civil dispute claim - FJG Solicitors Colchester Essex UKIf the Debtor has a particular item belonging to you the Judge can order it to be returned by a certain date. If it is not returned you can request the Court to issue a Warrant of Delivery by completing Form N324. A Court fee of £95 is payable and the Bailiff will contact the Debtor to arrange collection of the item for you.
