We offer a Partner-led service and the Commercial Litigation team is headed up by Partnership member James Burkett. - Successful high value claim against International Currency Dealers, investigation of Service Agreements in UK and the USA.
- Successfully defended nurses on multiple charges of misconduct brought against them by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Legal Update
Mister Justice Coulson QC, sitting at the TCC has delivered a leading authority which will be relied upon where a company in a CVA applies for a stay of enforcement.
There being no prior cases on the point, the Judge has ruled in Mead General Building Services Ltd v Dartmoor Properties Ltd [2009] EWHC 200 (TCC) that a stay of execution will not be automatically granted where the claimant is subject to a CVA
