New Partner for Leading Law Firm

Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP has announced the appointment of a new partner in its Family Law Department.

The arrival of Simon Osborn brings the total number of Partners at the Colchester-based firm, which is one of the region’s fastest growing law firms, to 14.

Mr Osborn who has more than 20 years experience in divorce and family law said: “I am very excited to be joining such a forward-looking, progressive and friendly firm.  Fisher Jones Greenwood has an outstanding reputation and is well known for putting the needs and requirements of clients first. Born in Colchester, Mr Osborn has spent the majority of his career as a solicitor working in the town.  Specialising in high value and complex financial cases, often involving family businesses, multiple properties and pensions, and contested cases concerning residence and contact to children, he very much believes in a sympathetic and constructive approach.  Heis a member of the Law Society Family Panel at Advanced Level,  an Accredited Resolution Specialist in Financial Provision and Children and a trained Collaborative Family Lawyer.

Mr Osborn will be based at Fisher Jones Greenwood’s Charter Court offices situated on Colchester Business Park adjacent to the A12.
