For over twenty years Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP has been a rapidly expanding part of the Colchester Legal community.
A great part of this success has been due to our staff and our working environment. Due to the location of our offices we are in the unique position to be able to offer both Town Centre and out of Town working for our employees across a wide range of Legal disciplines.
As an Investor in People, we are genuinely committed to our people and their development. We have always recognised that our people are our most valuable asset and have been strongly committed to continuing development and training for staff at all levels. We were awarded the Investors in People Standard in March 1998 and re-accredited in 2007.
We enjoy our work and value good relationships within the firm. We like to recruit cheerful, outgoing people who are ready to tackle anything.
Naturally, we look for academic qualifications and skills appropriate to each role but we specially welcome people with a positive attitude who are willing to take responsibility and work as part of a team. To help us unwind we have a very active entertainments committee who organise a number of events throughout the year from informal gatherings within the offices to quiz nights and the Christmas Function.
