Essex solicitors Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP are organising a strawberries and cream fundraising event in Chelmsford on July 13th. The event is in aid of Farleigh Hospice who provide their services for local people affected by life limiting illnesses and to support those who have been bereaved.
The challenge set by Farleigh Hospice is to find as many interesting and innovative ways to turn £50 into as much money as possible for the Hospice and Fisher Jones Greenwood are gunning for the ‘most money raised’ achievement. In order to succeed, a lunch is being held at the YMCA Children’s Centre in the heart of Chelmsford on Wednesday July 13th. FJG are inviting everybody to enjoy the plentiful summer treats on offer to compliment the hopefully glorious summer weather!
Paula Fowler, Practice Manager at Fisher Jones Greenwood said: “It’s fantastic to be able to help the hospice which does such wonderful work with the local community and we are hoping that our event brings out the generosity in the people of Essex and raises as much money as we possibly can!”
Julie Sawyer from Farleigh Hospice added, “It’s great to have the support of local organisations such as Fisher Jones Greenwood and we’re hoping the entrants are all successful and raise a lot of money for a good cause while having as much fun as possible!”
