Willing you on for charity
1 February 2012 by Tony Fisher
February 2012 sees the Colchester Hospitals Charity (CoHoC) initiative “Make a Will Month”, and local solicitors Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP are proud to be participating in the scheme.
The scheme runs for the duration of February and means clients receive FJG Private Client team’s exceptional level of professional service and Will preparation in return for a donation to CoHoC. All potential clients have to do is make an appointment for February stating that they are taking part in CoHoC’s Make a Will Month. There is absolutely no charge from FJG, as the full cost will be waived in return for a suggested donation of £75 for a simple single Will, or £100 in respect of a couple’s mirror Wills. The donation goes direct to CoHoC and can be used to strengthen the valuable work they do.
Kate Wombwell, Partnership Member and Head of the Private Client Team at FJG said: “It is always important to encourage everyone over eighteen to make sure they have everything in order and have a Will written or an existing Will updated. Not only will this fantastic scheme help to move people into action, but it will also be raising money for a very worthy cause that can really benefit from your donations. Hopefully we will be seeing a lot of people taking advantage of this and booking appointments with us in February.”
