10 July 2012 by Tony Fisher
Essex law firm QualitySolicitors FJG have rolled out a new education service designed to deliver expert information over the telephone or online via a webcam. The service is called “FJG Online Legal Expert” and is available now.
FJG Online Legal Expert means that QS FJG can provide specialist face to face online legal advice across England and Wales on a wide range of educational issues. The service consists of a fixed price session of 30 minutes for just £75 including VAT, which is conducted with a specialist education lawyer. This interview can either be by telephone or via a secure online meeting.
Tony Fisher, Senior Partner at QS FJG said: “We know that lot of parents and students experience issues and have questions they would like to seek advice on, but don’t have the time to make a trip to a solicitors firm. By offering our new advice line service we aim to make it that much easier for anyone to access clear professional advice. We have always been a forward thinking and customer focused firm and we are very excited that we can now harness new technology to deliver education advice in this way. It will allow us to have a greater geographical reach and clients will have the benefit of face to face advice wherever they are.”
Samantha Hale, Education Solicitor at QS FJG added: “Whether it is admissions and exclusions, special educational needs or school transport, FJG Online Legal Expert will mean that at the very least a client will leave the session more knowledgeable about their legal situation and what their options are. That fact alone is hugely valuable and it is fantastic to be able to offer something so helpful to the public.”
