It has now been announced by the Home Office in July 2013 that dependents and family members of foreign and commonwealth soldiers serving in the British Armed Forces will face new requirements for visa applications from 1 December 2013.
The new Rules make comprehensive changes to a minimum financial threshold, document and evidentiary requirements and also introduce an English language requirement, amongst other changes.
