Local Solicitors Fisher Jones Greenwood picked up a prestigious award last night at the Essex Digital Awards. The firm received the bronze award in the Business Blog category as well as being finalists in the flagship category for Best Website in Essex.
The awards, now in their second year, reward businesses, charities and schools across the county for their digital achievements over the past 12 months. With hundreds of entrants this time around, the awards expanded to 15 categories for 2015 with a select group of finalists picked out by an expert panel of judges.
Fisher Jones Greenwood (FJG) were the very first award winners of the evening with the Bronze Award for best Business Blog in recognition of the blog posts published over the last year.
Matt Cann, Digital Marketing Manager at FJG, commented, “We are very proud to have won this prestigious award. It is testament to the hard work that our team have put in to what we consider to be an innovative and interesting blog. We have worked hard to make sure that our digital presence enhances the client journey and offers our followers something unique.”
Held at the Weston Homes Community stadium in Colchester the awards evening saw over 200 people in attendance. MC Robin Bailey and comedian Mark Dolan started off proceedings which were wrapped up at the end of the evening with the flagship award of Best Website in Essex.
Mr Cann continued, “We are also thrilled to be recognised for our new website as one of only seven finalists for the flagship category of Best Website in Essex. Among such a high quality and competitive field this is a fantastic achievement. We are now looking forward to aiming even higher for next year.”
