A decade of success as FJG is re-accredited with Lexcel
22 August 2016 by Marketing Team
FJG has once again has been re-accredited with Lexcel, the Law Society’s specialist quality mark for solicitors. The Lexcel quality mark is awarded to firms for excellence in legal practice management and excellence in client care. Held by only 14% of firms nationally, obtaining the accreditation demonstrates that you provide a first-rate quality of legal service.
Managing Partner Paula Fowler commented: “Being an internal Lexcel Consultant myself, I am fully aware of the extensive process undertaken to maintain this accolade and am incredibly proud of the hard work that has gone into retaining our accreditation. With increasing competition and an ever-evolving legal market, this ensures FJG stands head and shoulders above the rest.
“Holding Lexcel for a decade proves a serious commitment to the continual development of our practice management standards. It also shows our investment to client care and is something we will continue to aim to hold for many years to come.”
To satisfy the rigorous process of accreditation, we had to undertake a detailed application and full assessment procedure. The process to demonstrate the commitment and ability to not only meet but exceed standards also included on-site visits from an experienced, trained Lexcel assessor.
Philp Knight, the assessor for FJG this year, added, “Congratulations to Fisher Jones Greenwood on achieving the Lexcel quality mark for the 10th year running. It is refreshing to see a regional firm that strives to exceed the required standard on so many occasions, with 26 areas of good practice achieved.”
