Baddow Hospital is up for Sale
11 January 2019 by Rhian Lowe
The private hospital which specialises in cosmetic procedures and provides a range of hospital and GP services recently went into administration.
An administrator was appointed in November and work at the hospital has been suspended while a buyer is sought.
It employed 21 people and 11 medical staff. The closure has been put down to a lack of outsourced NHS work putting significant cash flow pressures on the business.
Patients at the hospital are being asked to direct their enquiries to their consultant or nearest A&E department for emergency treatment.
