Chris Yemm is a Consultant Solicitor and is responsible for Civil Litigation. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Chris has over 35 years experience in all forms of High Court and County Court litigation. He is a former Deputy District Judge , has a Masters Degree in Advanced Litigation from Nottingham Trent University and is a CEDR accredited Mediator.
Chris has been involved in a number of high value mediations including the settlement of 200 Kenyan tribesmen’s £4.5m compensation claim against the Ministry of Defence.
He has represented the successful Claimants in the landmark legal cases of Stubbings v Webb , A&B v Essex County Council  and Apex Roofing Services v Cembrit Blunn Limited .
Chris has a general practice but deals primarily with Personal Injury claims, Inheritance and Will disputes and the interpretation and enforcement of Building contracts through the Courts and by Mediation.
Chris also deals with Public Law and Agricultural and Rural law work.
