Kevin Booroff is a solicitor in the family and civil litigation teams who has 18 years’ experience as a solicitor. He is also a Resolution Accredited family lawyer in the categories of limited means and cohabitation.
Kevin undertakes a broad range of family work including private law children act proceedings, divorce, financial remedies on divorce, cohabitation disputes and claims under the Inheritance Provisions for Family and Dependants Act 1975.
He also practices in the field of civil litigation with experience in a wide range of matters including boundary disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant, commercial disputes, debt collection and employment law.
When away from work Kevin is kept busy with his two children aged 12 and 9 whom by direction or design share his interests of music and sport. He has a keen interest in politics and current affairs.
