Jason Borg


Jason Borg is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team.

Jason graduated from Kingston University in law, completed his masters degree in legal theory and history at University College London, and completed his legal practice course at BPP University in Holborn. Jason qualified as a solicitor in September 2013 whilst working in Central London for a boutique litigation firm in Chancery Lane. Jason has worked in a variety of areas covering Commercial Litigation, Insolvency, Personal Injury, magistrates’, and Family work until 2020 when he moved his practice to various firms in Essex before joining Fisher Jones Greenwood.

Jason is a lateral thinking problem solver who is focused on delivering a positive outcome for his clients irrespective of the stage of litigation. He strives to develop good working relationships with his clients and aims to further the overriding objective by reaching out of court settlements where possible. He enjoys conducting his own advocacy and relies on his background in public speaking to compliment this.

Jason is a responsible and conscientious litigation solicitor, who always seeks to achieve the spirit of the overriding objective by providing honest and commercially based advice in any given matter. He has always mentored pupils and trainees and continues to mentor apprentices at Fisher Jones Greenwood.

Jason’s current practice is mostly focused on personal injury, clinical negligence, industrial diseases, and insurance claims, and still carries out work in commercial litigation, insolvency, and employment law.

Outside of work, Jason is a keen regular tennis player, has an interest in photography and likes to read theological and ecclesiastical literature.
