Carole Scott qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland in 1994 and as a Solicitor in England in 2004. Carole has built up her experience working both in London and Essex and joined the firm in 2017. Carole specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including both leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and registration of unregistered land.
A great number of Carole’s former clients have followed her due to her fast, efficient and friendly service.
Carole is also a past president of the Southend on Sea and District Law Society.

Outside of work, Carole assists on a voluntary basis with the SOS Bus which provides a safe haven for vulnerable people of all ages. The project is the first point of contact for those whose well-being is threatened by – inability to get home, illness, minor injury, emotional distress or other vulnerability including alcohol and drug misuse. Carole is First Aid trained.
Carole also enjoys travelling and recently explored Northern and Southern India.
