Charlotte Burmby is a Solicitor based in our Colchester office and is part of the Commercial Property team.
Charlotte graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with an Upper Second Class law degree in 2015. She studied the Legal Practice Course with LLM in Professional Legal Practice part-time at the University of Law, London Bloomsbury whilst working at Fisher Jones Greenwood, obtaining a Distinction in August 2019 before qualifying as a Solicitor in January 2020.
Charlotte deals with a range of commercial property work including buying and selling commercial premises, acquiring land for development, option agreements, leases and ancillary documents for landlords and tenants, and the property aspects of corporate/commercial transactions. Charlotte also deals with residential property work for commercial clients including acquisition of portfolios, selling, re-mortgaging, and plot sales.

Charlotte’s interests are varied and include reading, cross stitch and travelling. She also enjoys a variety of sport and plays in a local netball league.
