Jane Golding is a paralegal within the Wills, Life Planning and Probate department of the firm. Jane has joined Fisher Jones Greenwood under the recent amalgamation with the firm Alistair Keeble Solicitors.
Jane started her legal career in Law in 1986 working within the role of an Office Junior. It soon became apparent to Jane that she had an interest and passion within Criminal Law. After years of studying and working within the Criminal Law Sector she maintained the Paralegal Role for a period of 27 years representing many clients who faced a number of serious charges.
In July 2014 Jane decided to change her legal path into the Private Client Sector, covering Wills, Probate and Life Planning.
Jane undertakes various aspects of non-contentious Probate work to include the preparation and registering of Lasting Powers of Attorney, drafting Wills and dealing with Administration of Estates.
Jane is based at our Holland-on-Sea Office. Jane prides herself on making her clients feel at ease in addition to assisting them in finding practical ways forward when they are facing difficult times. If clients are unable to attend an appointment at the office, Jane is happy to visit clients in their homes to assist them.
