Kevin Booroff is a Solicitor in the Family and Dispute Resolution teams with over 20 years of legal experience as a Solicitor.
As a result of his experience in Civil Litigation and Family Law, he has a particular interest in cases under the Trusts of Land & Appointment of Trustee Act 1996 involving disputes over property between unmarried parties.
Kevin undertakes a broad range of family work including private law Children Act cases, divorce proceedings, financial remedy on divorce, cohabitation disputes and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
He also practises in the field of civil litigation with experience in a wide range of matters including boundary disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant, commercial disputes and debt collection.
When away from work Kevin is kept busy with his two children whom by direction or design share his interests of music and sport. He has a keen interest in politics and current affairs.
