Since qualifying in 1985, Vivienne has specialised in conveyancing. She trained with a city firm and spent several years working in London before moving to Essex. She has also lectured in law at Princes Road College.
Vivienne enjoys helping clients at every stage of their journey through life. She assists a variety of clients including first time buyers who are buying their first home, couples who are either moving up the property ladder or downsizing for retirement, elderly clients moving into sheltered accommodation and executors handling a probate sale.
Vivienne’s experience spans buying and selling residential property, property registration, non-statutory lease extension agreements, new builds, buy-to-let, remortgages and plot purchases.
