Partner
Joe Sandercock is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team. He qualified at a prominent private practice in Essex, where he specialised in commercial and civil dispute resolution, and went on to head a Dispute Resolution Team before joining FJG in November 2020.
Joe handles various types of disputes work, including director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, boundary and right of way disputes, contentious probate, commercial and residential possession claims, trusts of land and appointment of trustees disputes, debt recovery, contractual issues of various types, professional negligence, and employment law for businesses and individuals.
Joe obtained his bachelors’ degree from Anglia Ruskin University and achieved a first-class honours degree in law. Joe then went on to obtain a commendation for his postgraduate diploma in law, which he studied for in Cambridge. Joe was admitted as a Solicitor on 1 November 2013.
Joe is also recognised as an Associate to Watch for the second consecutive year in the 2026 Chambers Directory.
