Founded in 2023 by Sian Douglas and Faye O’Rourke, Billericay-based Polka Dot Childcare provides high-quality childcare for more than 120 children. The nursery has established a strong reputation for its excellent facilities, dedicated team and nurturing environment.

Supporting growth in the childcare sector
Happy Days Nurseries operates 44 settings across the UK and acquired Polka Dot Childcare as part of its continued expansion strategy. The acquisition strengthens its presence in Essex and follows its recent acquisition of the Boys and Girls Nursery Group.

Advising on the transaction
