Sarah Shea based at our Chelmsford office Sarah deals with a broad spectrum of Commercial Property work including: Buying and selling commercial premises, Commercial leases, Collective enfranchisement, Residential lease extensions and Various landlord and tenant matters’.
Joe Sandercock also based at our Chelmsford office handles various types of disputes work including: company director and shareholder disputes, consumer law issues and trading prosecutions, contentious probate, commercial and residential possession matters, trusts of land and appointment of trustees, debt recovery, contractual issues of various types, professional negligence and employment law for business and for individuals.
