FJG advises on £4.5m sale of portfolio of 46 flats in Eastbourne

Fisher Jones Greenwood have today completed the sale of a block of 46 flats and a commercial unit in Eastbourne, East Sussex for £4.5m on behalf of a long-standing client.

All 46 flats were sold subject to assured shorthold tenancies, and the commercial unit subject to an occupational commercial lease.

Who dealt with the transaction?
