Fisher Jones Greenwood is delighted to announce the promotion of experienced Solicitor Leon Pascal, based in the Commercial Property department in the Chelmsford office to Associate.

Before joining Fisher Jones Greenwood in 2013, Leon graduated with a first-class honours degree in Law from Coventry University (2012). He joined Fisher Jones Greenwood and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London Bloomsbury (2014) and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2016.

Leon focuses particularly on investment, development and secured lending work, and frequently accepts instructions in connection with portfolio acquisitions, disposals and re-financing. He is also able to advise on residential landlord and tenant matters as a result of his experience of development work.

Leon was recognised as a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ within Fisher Jones Greenwood’s top-tier Commercial Property team in both the 2018 and 2019 editions of the Legal500.

Paula Fowler, Fisher Jones Greenwoods’ managing partner, said: “I am delighted to congratulate Leon on his promotion. Having undertaken his training contract with Fisher Jones Greenwood before qualifying as a Solicitor and being promoted to Associate shows that it is essential that firms’ place emphasis on ‘homegrown talent’ by not only attracting but also retaining the most talented lawyers”.
