Senior Conveyancer – New Build

Arran joined the New Build Team in 2024 following 6 years of Conveyancing experience gained at other firms. Arran specialises in new build transactions but has also gained a wealth of knowledge in shared ownership, residential, remortgage and staircasing transactions and can run all types of Conveyancing transactions seamlessly from start to finish.

Arran also takes particular pride in providing an excellent customer experience, empathising with the challenges of the Conveyancing process and working hard to alleviate any stress for his clients.

Arran is an associate member of the Institute of Legal Executives, currently at Level 4 Conveyancing and working towards Level 6 qualification. Arran also holds a Level 6 qualification in Company and Partnerships Practice.
