Partner and Head of Immigration, Ashlee Campbell, is a Senior Immigration Accredited Advisor who has been working advising on all areas of Immigration Law since 2002. She is recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers.
She has extensive experience with corporate immigration which includes Sponsor Licence Applications for employers and education providers. She can advise on the initial Sponsor Licence application, reviews of refusal or reinstatement of Sponsor Licences, Global Mobility and Skilled worker visas. Ashlee has particular experience with onsite compliance audits for companies and education providers and can advise ensuring there is compliance with illegal working regulations and right-to-work checks. She can also advise both education providers on Tier 4 compliance as well as advising and assisting students with their visa applications.
She also has extensive experience in dealing with appeals before the First Tier and Upper Tier Immigration Tribunals, Judicial Reviews, Court of Appeal Applications and European Court of Human Rights Applications.
Ashlee often deals with complex immigration matters for clients which includes advice on family applications, spouse, unmarried partner or civil partner visa applications, dependent relative visa applications, Naturalisation Applications and registration of children as British citizens. She also advised on applications for Asylum and Human Rights Applications.
Ashlee Campbell is an Accredited Level 2 Senior Caseworker and Accredited Supervisor and has assisted countless asylum applicants over the years, particularly taking referrals from social services for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. She can assist with applications for indefinite leave to remain for victims of domestic abuse.
Ashlee also has a teaching qualification and can provide in-house training and presentations to employers on UK Visas and Immigration compliance and illegal working. She is originally from South Africa where she studied Law at the University of the Witwatersrand where she obtained her BA and postgraduate LLB in law.
Ashlee has also been recognised in the latest edition of Legal 500 where she is named as a ‘Next Generation Partner’.
Prior to leaving South Africa, she worked for a trade union where she specialised in employment law but has specialised in Immigration Law in the U.K, now based at our Charter Court Office.
