Charlie Neal is a Solicitor who joined Fisher Jones Greenwood in February 2026. Focusing primarily on corporate law, his experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side), restructurings, constitutional documents, and general company law. Clients describe him as hardworking, professional and a pleasure to work with.
His expertise spans various sectors, including accountancy, aviation, healthcare, retail and transport. Over the years, Charlie has played a key role in closing numerous notable transactions both within these industries and beyond.
Charlie’s diligent and personable nature allows him to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. He particularly enjoys getting to know clients’ businesses and the industries in which they operate. In turn, this helps him to deliver tailored, pragmatic and commercial advice.
Charlie has experience in employment law and advises on the employment aspects arising from corporate transactions. He also assists clients with general commercial matters, including drafting and advising on supply agreements and terms and conditions.
Outside of work, Charlie is an avid fan of ice hockey and supports the Romford Raiders. As well as ice skating recreationally, Charlie enjoys working out and exploring new places.
