Chloe joined FJG in May 2024 as a Conveyancer. Chloe has worked in Conveyancing for 6 years and has 2 years prior experience working in Private Client. Chloe has a special interest in Shared Ownership transactions and has a wealth of experience dealing with leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, including new build properties. Chloe additionally holds a lot of knowledge concerning Help to Buy ISAs, Lifetime ISAs, Forces Help to Buy ISAs and voluntary lease extensions.
Chloe prides herself on providing the best possible service to her clients and always aims to ensure that her clients fully understand the transaction they are entering into, in a jargon-free way.
Chloe has formed many relationships with housing associations, brokers and agents during her time as a Conveyancer. She is studying her Level 6 Licenced Conveyancing Course and is due to qualify in 2025.
