Gina Fairweather is a Partner in the Wills, Life Planning and Probate Department at FJG.
Gina graduated from University College London with a 2:1 honours law degree and went on to achieve a distinction in her LPC before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2004. She specialises in drafting Wills, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, administration of estates and general estate and inheritance tax planning.
Gina has been recognised in the Legal 500 as a Next Generation Lawyer. She is a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly, Solicitors for the Elderly, an association of lawyers who specialise in legal services for older people and their carers) and an Affiliate Member of STEP. She is also a Dementia Friend.
She is also recognised in the Legal 500 team commentary for Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate.
Gina is based at FJG’s Clacton-on-Sea office but is also happy to visit clients at FJG’s other offices or in their homes or in hospitals or hospices if required.
