Partner & Head of Wills, Life Planning & Probate
Gregory is a Partner and Head of the Wills, Life Planning and Probate Team, based in our Chelmsford Office.
He joined the firm in May 2022 with a wealth of experience having qualified in 2013. Gregory deals with all Private Client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection Applications, Probate Applications, Inheritance Tax issues and estate administration.
Gregory is recognised in the latest edition of Legal 500 as the Practice Head for the Tier 3 ranked Personal Tax, Trusts & Probate team in Essex. A testimonial collated independently by the Legal 500 research team said, “Gregory John and his team are all incredibly knowledgeable, far more so than other solicitors I have previously encountered. Gregory graduated from Bournemouth University in 2007 with an LLB (Hons) Business Law degree and completed his Legal Practice Course at Anglian Ruskin University, moving to Chelmsford in the process.
Outside of work, you will probably find Gregory outside, preferably in the mountains or by the coast. He is a keen runner, swimmer, and cyclist and has completed numerous marathons, triathlons, and long-distance swims.
