Residential Property Solicitor

Inaaya is a Residential Property Solicitor in our Property Team. Having joined the firm in 2021 as a Paralegal, she qualified as a Solicitor following the successful completion of her Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship and the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).

Prior to qualifying, Inaaya worked within the Family Team under the supervision of Charlotte Knappett, Head of Family, and alongside Ties Bouwmeester. She gained valuable experience across a broad range of family law matters, with a particular focus on financial remedy cases and matrimonial finances. This experience helped develop her analytical skills, attention to detail and client focused approach to complex legal matters.

Inaaya now advises clients on a wide range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations and matters involving unregistered land. She is committed to providing clear, practical advice and guiding clients smoothly through the conveyancing process.

In addition to her client work, Inaaya sits on the Lawfront SQE Panel, where she helps support and develop aspiring solicitors entering the profession. She is passionate about nurturing new talent and sharing her experience with the next generation of legal professionals.

Outside of work, Inaaya enjoys spending time outdoors and keeping active.
