James Earley

Paralegal

James is a paralegal within the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Probate team, supporting clients with matters ranging from will preparation to probate and lasting powers of attorney. He takes a calm, clear approach, helping individuals and families feel supported during important stages of planning for the future.

Based in the Colchester office, he is currently completing a CILEX apprenticeship to further develop his legal expertise. James meets many clients in person and genuinely enjoys taking the time to understand their circumstances, allowing him to offer practical, tailored guidance that feels both straightforward and reassuring.

His work is grounded in accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing reliable support across private client matters.

Outside of work, James is passionate about fitness and enjoys spending time at the gym.
