Associate Solicitor, Corporate Commercial Team
Nana is an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial Team with a focus on corporate law. Since qualifying in March 2023, she has built a reputation for being meticulous, organised and genuinely approachable; qualities that clients tell her make working together straightforward and reassuring.
Her work covers a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial arrangements, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, company restructures, shareholder agreements and articles of association, share buybacks and loan documentation. She also drafts and negotiates commercial agreements such as framework agreements, B2B terms and conditions and supply agreements. Nana delivers practical, tailored advice with client care and attention to detail at the heart of everything she does. Clients often describe her as patient, diligent and easy to work with.
Nana has been involved in a number of engaging and complex matters, including supporting a £7.5 million refinance, project managing a £5 million share acquisition and advising on the purchase of care homes valued at over £6 million in total.
She is committed to supporting the next generation of legal professionals and mentors young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds through Bridging Barriers. Nana is also a member of March Women, a community focused on building connections and development opportunities for women in M&A.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading and exploring new recipes, and is an active member of her local church.
