Associate
Shweta Shinde is an Associate in the Commercial Property Team based at our Chelmsford Office.
She graduated in 2014 with an LLP (Hons) law degree from Nottingham Trent University. Shweta then completed her Legal Practice Course in 2015 at the University of Law in Birmingham before starting her training contract in 2016 with a London firm and qualifying as a Solicitor in October 2018.
Shweta has gained a wealth of experience dealing with various aspects of commercial property transactions, such as acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending and refinancing, asset sales/purchase.
Shweta also has experience in dealing with residential transactions, having previously worked in department that managed both residential and commercial transactions.
In her spare time, Shweta enjoys watching and attending cricket tournaments. She is also an avid traveller, always eager to explore new destinations and experience different culture.
